These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 7 joya platform and you, the user. By accessing our services through the 7 joya website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using our services.

01 General Terms & Conditions
7 joya is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and related entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. Please read the general terms below carefully before using the platform.
- It is each user's responsibility to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- All services offered by 7 joya are intended for entertainment purposes.
- All odds, scores, and information displayed on the platform are kept as accurate as possible. However, 7 joya is not liable for any errors resulting from technical issues.
- 7 joya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time.
- These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.
02 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account with 7 joya:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Single Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all of them will be closed.
- Factual Information: During registration, you must provide accurate details including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and address.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification via national ID or passport is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Password Security: Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. Logging into another user's account is also not allowed.
Registering with false information, or attempting to alter your details after registration, will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.
⚠️ Warning: Opening an account using someone else's name or personal details will be treated as identity fraud.
03 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to the use of 7 joya's betting services:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may use the cash-out option if it is available on the platform.
- Pre-match bets placed before a match begins remain valid up until kick-off.
- Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds in effect at the time a bet is accepted are final.
- If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. However, results from matches concluded under the Duckworth-Lewis method remain valid.
- Placing opposing bets on the same match (betting on both outcomes) is prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by sport and market.
In the event of a betting dispute, 7 joya's decision is final. However, any complaints may be submitted to support@7joya.im.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
The rules governing financial transactions are outlined below:
- Deposit: Deposits can be made via Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
- Withdrawal Limits: The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact support.
- KYC Required: KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.
- Payout Time: Bkash/Nagad withdrawals typically take 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24–48 hours.
- Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
📌 Note: No deposit fees apply. Withdrawals are also free of charge, though the mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
If suspicious transactions are detected, 7 joya reserves the right to investigate in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy and may place a hold on the transactions if necessary.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
7 joya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The terms governing these are outlined below:
- Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. This offer is for new members only and applies once.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 5x–10x). The exact conditions are listed on each bonus page.
- One bonus only: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
- Validity: Bonuses are typically valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or another person's details will result in all bonuses being voided and the account permanently closed.
⚠️ Please Note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7 joya platform:
- Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
- Attempting to exploit platform technical errors for abnormal profit.
- Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any other unauthorized means.
- Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
- Using an account for money laundering purposes.
- Bets associated with match fixing or any illegal sporting activity.
🚫 Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and the entire balance will be forfeited. Legal action will be taken where necessary.
07 Privacy & Data Protection

- Personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Documents collected for KYC verification are stored securely.
- Information may be shared with government authorities where required by legal obligation.
- Users may request deletion of their data at any time; however, full deletion may not be possible while an account remains active.
08 Responsible Gaming
7 joya believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.
- Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- The self-exclusion option allows users to temporarily close their account for a set period.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

- In response to a court order or directive from a government authority.
- At the user's own request.
Valid balances in suspended accounts are generally returned. However, balances in accounts closed due to prohibited activity may be forfeited.
10 Limits of Liability
7 joya is not responsible for the following:
- Financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
- Failed bet placement due to internet connection loss.
- Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party systems (bKash, Nagad).
- Force majeure events — including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions
7 joya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

- The date of each update will be noted at the top of the page under "Last Updated".
